ACCOUNT PROTECTION DETAIL

How We Handle Your Data and Account Security

Your account security and data handling are not afterthoughts. We apply session-based authentication, meaning each login generates a fresh token that expires when you close the session. For wallet-linked accounts using DANA, OVO or GoPay, payment confirmation relies on the wallet provider's own PIN or biometric step — we do not store those credentials. Data you submit during account registration is held only as long as necessary under our retention policy, after which it is deleted or anonymised unless local law requires longer retention.

Data Retention

Account data is held for the minimum period required under applicable law. You can request deletion or a full copy of your stored data by contacting our compliance team.

Cookie Policy

We use session and preference cookies to keep your login active and remember your language setting. No advertising profile is built from your in-session behaviour without consent.

Account Access Rights

You have the right to view, correct or request removal of your account data at any time. Submit a data access request through the email or live chat channels listed above.

Security Verification

Any changes to your linked wallet — switching from OVO to GoPay, for example — require identity re-verification before the new payment method is activated on your account.

Common Questions About Our Legal Terms

These are the questions we get most often about account eligibility, data rights and how our terms apply to wallet-based accounts in Indonesia. If your question is not here, our compliance team can answer it directly.

Availability depends on local law and eligible regions. We recommend confirming your local legal status before opening an account, as access is not universal across all areas.

Payment identifiers linked to DANA, OVO or GoPay are stored only to process and verify your transactions. We do not store wallet PINs or biometric data — those stay within your wallet provider's system.

Yes. Submit a data access request through live chat or email, including your account ID. Our compliance team will respond with the data we hold and how it is used.

We notify you of material changes through your account dashboard. Continuing to use the platform after the update date means you have accepted the revised terms as they stand.

Open a dispute through live chat or email support, referencing the transaction ID shown in your account history. The compliance team will review against the wallet provider's record and respond directly.

Retention periods follow applicable local law. Once the required period passes, your data is deleted or anonymised. You can ask for the specific retention period that applies to your account.
